Vertex Arts UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG, Reginharstr. 1, 51429 Bergisch Gladbach, Germany (henceforth “Vertex Arts”, “We”, “we”, “us” or “our”), take protection of data privacy very serious. This Privacy Policy (henceforth “Policy”) informs our users (“users”, “your” or “you”) of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information we receive from users of our products, websites or any other of our services.

Personal data (also called personal information) is any recorded information about an identified or identifiable individual, such as a person’s name, postal address or e-mail address.

You can request the deletion of your personal information at any time (see “Right of Withdrawal”).

Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel your agreement to collect, store or use your personal information by contacting us via email (info@vertexarts.com). If you wish to cancel your newsletter subscription please provide us with your email you used to subscribe to our newsletter. You can also cancel your newsletter subscription via the “unsubscribe” link provided in our newsletters.

Use of Google Analytics

All of our websites use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“, which are text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of your use of the websites. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our websites is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. For persons residing in Europe, the X International Unlimited Company, One Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin 2 D02 AX07, Ireland, is responsible for data processing.
